Eviction Request

Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the request was sent to our office. Our office will contact you within a few business days to go over the referral and how we will be proceeding. When filling out the form, please be sure to provide a breakdown of rent owed for each month (if evicting for non-payment of rent) and whether or not you would like us to try to work out an agreement with the tenant. While we cannot guarantee what will happen in court it does make it a smoother process if we are aware of your expectations. Additionally, a copy of the lease (if one exists) should also be provided.
